Domestic Violence Shelter

NFHC’s Domestic Violence Shelter provides safe shelter, crisis intervention, advocacy, counseling, and life skills training to those affected by domestic violence. While staying at NFHC clients will create their own goals during case management meetings and are provided with resources and referrals to obtain housing, employment, medical services, child care and legal assistance.

For eligibility those in need are asked to call our 24/7 crisis line at 928-527-1900.

Domestic Violence Shelter services include:

  • A 24-bed secured facility
  • Trauma Therapists on site
  • Ongoing advocacy, education, support and tools for safety planning
  • A healing environment
  • Individualized case management & referrals for obtaining services from other agencies
  • Educational Groups
