Legal Advocacy

Areas of advocacy and training may include; Civil, Criminal and Family Court Procedure, Orders of Protection, Parenting Time and Legal Decision Making, Divorce and Separation, and Court Mediation Process.

Every client is offered extensive safety planning and information on Victims’ Rights and Victim Compensation. For people who still live in an unsafe situation, a safe relationship exit plan can be developed as well.

This is a Community Based Service that is free for those who are eligible. Please call Heather Marcy at 928-233-4306 for more information.
